METHODOLOGY

In these years I have developed my method based on experiences and new knowledges.

 

Planning, forming and developing a model, managing the group, analyzing, training or establishing strategies paying attention to every detail, even the little ones, define the method.

 

My method of operation is so close to tactical periodization, prevailing tasks where determination, specificity and interactions between players are present through similar contexts as competition. All this allow us to form process in a more effective way, getting better results and capacity not only individual but collective as well in a shorter period of time.
